We want you to buy with confidence. Before you pay anything, you can create a free account and try real sample questions — including the explanations — so you can judge the quality yourself. If you buy and it still isn't right for you, here's exactly how refunds work. No hoops, no runaround.
The 7-day money-back guarantee
Individual exam purchases come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full amount. You don't need to give a reason, though feedback helps us improve.
How to request a refund
- Email support@itpracticeexams.com from the email address on your account within 7 days of purchase.
- Include the exam name (e.g., "Security+"). That's it.
- We process refunds through Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What happens after a refund
When a purchase is refunded, access to that exam is removed automatically. Your account stays open, your other purchases are unaffected, and you're welcome back any time.
Team and training-center seat purchases
Bulk seat purchases can be refunded within 7 days for any seats that have not been redeemed by a student. Once a seat has been redeemed, it's in use and no longer refundable. Refunding a seat order revokes its unredeemed license keys. For anything partial or unusual, email us — we'll sort it out like reasonable people.
Fair use
The guarantee exists so you never risk your money on unseen quality — not as a free rental. We may decline refunds that show a pattern of abuse (for example, repeatedly purchasing, completing large portions of a bank, and refunding).
