Terms of Service

These terms are a plain-English agreement between you and IT Practice Exams ("we," "us"), the operator of itpracticeexams.com, based in Orlando, Florida. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to them. We wrote them to be read, not to hide things.

1. What we provide

IT Practice Exams is a study tool: original practice questions, explanations, and progress tracking for IT certification exams. We are a preparation resource — we do not administer certification exams, issue certifications, or guarantee that you will pass.

2. Original content — no "brain dumps"

Every question we sell is original and written to the certification vendors' published exam objectives. Nothing is copied from live exams. Using our materials does not violate certification vendors' candidate agreements.

3. Not affiliated with certification vendors

CompTIA®, Microsoft®, Azure®, AWS®, Cisco®, and all other certification names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. IT Practice Exams is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification vendor.

4. Your account

• You must provide a real email address and keep your password secure.
• Your account is yours alone — one person per account, no sharing.
• We may suspend or close accounts involved in abuse, content scraping, credential sharing, payment fraud, or attempts to compromise the service.

5. What you're buying

An exam purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to study from that exam bank for the life of that exam version (for example, Security+ SY0-701). When a certification vendor retires a version and publishes a successor, the successor is a new product. We say this clearly at purchase, and there is no subscription and no recurring charge — ever.

6. What you may not do

• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute questions or explanations.
• Share your account or a purchased exam with others.
• Use automated tools to extract content.

We invest heavily in original content; treating it like a shared PDF breaks the model that keeps the price at $59.

7. Teams and training centers

Organizations can buy seats and distribute them to students via license keys or email invites. Seats are per-student and non-transferable once redeemed. If your access was provided by an organization, that organization's administrators can see your progress on the exams they provided (and only those) — this is disclosed again at redemption.

8. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Pricing is shown before checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — the short version: 7-day money-back on individual purchases, and refunded purchases lose access automatically.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We work hard on accuracy, but we do not warrant that content is error-free, and study results vary by individual. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If a change is material, we'll note the new effective date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
